📦 Storage & Protection
When not in use, fold the swing and store it in the waterproof and dustproof storage bag provided. This helps keep the swing clean and protected during storage.
💦 Cleaning & Maintenance
For regular cleaning, wipe the swing with a clean damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
For occasional deep cleaning, use mild soap or a mild detergent to gently clean the ropes and fabric.
If the swing becomes heavily soiled, professional dry cleaning is recommended.
🔧 Installation Guidance
Installation is not included. We recommend installation by a qualified carpenter or professional installer.
Every swing is supplied with a hanging chain and mounting hooks. As every property and ceiling structure is different, the installer should assess the site and determine whether the supplied hardware is suitable or if alternative hardware is required.
⚠️ Hanging Height Guidance
Macramé swings are handcrafted using rope and knots, so a slight drop after use is normal.
We recommend installing the swing slightly higher than your preferred sitting height. Ideally, the seat should be positioned around waist height before use so that after sitting, the swing remains comfortably above the floor.
📌 Swing Stand Information
Swing stands are not included with the swing and are available only on special request, subject to availability.
We generally recommend sourcing the stand locally, as shipping a swing stand usually requires cargo transportation and may significantly increase delivery charges.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, third-party installation services, structural issues, unsuitable mounting surfaces, loading beyond the recommended weight capacity, unauthorized alterations, prolonged exposure to rain, excessive moisture, harsh weather conditions, direct sunlight or failure to follow the recommended care and maintenance guidelines.
